After receiving your complete order, you have the right to exchange or return your order within our return period of 15 days.

Make sure all returned items are returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them. Items should not have been worn, altered, washed or damaged.

We highly recommend using trackable mail or delivery confirmation for return shipping. Unfortunately, we will not reimburse for any lost packages.

All costs associated with returning your order are out-of-pocket.

Returned packages are processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt.

Only products bought directly through our Nomandino online shop can be returned through these means. Please follow third-party’s return policies if our product was purchased through a vendor. 

Multiple orders may be returned together, as long as all packing slips are included. Each order must include a completed return form.

Reimbursement will not be proceeded if the product has been damaged or if items are incomplete. We will not accept items that have been worn.

Nomandino will incur the shipping costs for sending the first requested exchanges. Client will incur any other returns fees. After the first exchange, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Information

Purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after receiving your return.

The original purchase price for the products is refunded. Shipping costs are not credited.

If a discount code was used during purchase, you will only receive back the amount paid. The discount code is no longer valid.
